Each assistance request you submit to us will be dealt with within maximum one hour. In case your support ticket or email needs further assistance from a system administrator, we will timely forward it and leave a note to inform you that your matter is being worked on. If you order our Optional Managed Services package, any of the server management tasks included there will be executed at a time of your choosing.

In case you also need help handling server admin tasks, you can take a look at our Optional Managed Services package, which includes data backup space, OS updates every week, server monitoring and restarting services, plus troubleshooting and installation procedures.

We have equipped the Site Control Panel with an extensive knowledge base, which offers elaborate explanations of all its features and functions. Furthermore, we have created detailed video tutorials that will further explain to you how to carry out a given action or troubleshoot a commonly encountered issue. The educational articles and the tutorial videos are easily accessible from each Site Control Panel section via the Videos and Help buttons situated in the top right corner.
